D-二聚体在主动脉夹层中的临床意义

主动脉夹层是心血管系统的急危重症,病死率极高。早期检测、识别并预防主动脉夹层进展,对于降低其病死率具有极其重要的意义。但是,主动脉夹层的确诊需要特殊的影像检查,临床上仍缺少简便有效的实验室指标。目前,关于D-二聚体作为识别主动脉夹层的血清学标记物并提供预后信息的研究证据不断增多,有助于我们进一步了解主动脉夹层的演进过程,评估不同患者的预后情况,现对此做一综述。

Clinical Value of D-dimer Levels in Aortic Dissection

Aortic dissection(AD) is a vascular emergency that requires early diagnosis and treatment.Currently,diagnosis or exclusion of AD remains challenging,since there is no available biomarker for AD diagnosis.Aortic dissection may present with a variety of symptoms that may delay or mislead correct diagnosis.The discovery of a biomarker to diagnose or exclude aortic dissection is desirable.D-dimer levels may provide an answer.This article presents a systematic review of current literature to determine the presence of AD by examining D-dimer levels.
