肝细胞癌癌基因P53,P21,C—erbB—2及EGFR表达的研究

目的：评价Ｐ５３等多种癌基因与肝细胞肝癌（ＨＣＣ）分化的关系。方法：对６０例ＨＣＣ标本用免疫组化方法检测Ｐ５３，Ｐ２１，Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２、ＥＧＦＲ基因表达。结果：６０列ＨＣＣ标本中有基因表达４１例，其中Ｐ５３、Ｐ２１、Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２、ＥＧＦＲ基因表达。结果：６０例ＨＣＣ标本中有基表达４１例，其中Ｐ５３，Ｐ２１，Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２、ＥＧＦＲ基因表达阳性率明显高于高分化癌。结论：肝细胞癌基因表达与肿瘤

A Study on Expressions of Oncogenes P53, P21, C-erbB-2 and EGFR in Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Purpose: To Study the relationship between expressions of P53, P21, C - erbB - 2, EGFRand differentiation of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods: 60 cases of HCCwere investigated by immunohistochemistry using antibodies for P53, P21, C - erbB - 2 and EGFR. Results: 41 cases out 0f 60 cases with HCC showed positive expression of one of more oncogenes, with the opitive rates of 26. 7% in P53,23. 3 % in P21, 31,7 % in C - erbB - 2 and 33. 3 % in EGFR, respectively. It was found that there was a corlelation of degree of tumor differentiation with positive rate of gene expression. The positive rate was much higher in the poorily differentiated than that in the well differcntiated tumor. Condusion:there is a cor- relation of gene expression with tumor differentiation in hepatocellular carcinoma. It suggested that multipleoncogene cvents may play an important rile in carcinogenesis of HCC.
