| 摘 要： | 针对大港油田老油区作业过程中,作业液严重漏失,造成油水井减产及作业无法进行的情况,研制了新型防漏型压井液.通过对漏失层漏失情况分析,防漏型压井液采用了可降解的高黏聚合物及粒径匹配的复合油溶性暂堵剂,利用颗粒的屏蔽暂堵作用和聚合物溶液的高黏性漏失阻力提高漏失压力,既可防止油井漏失,又可依靠压井液良好的配伍性来保护油层.现场应用表明,该防漏型压井液具有抗温性好、防漏能力强、地层损害低、配制方便、工艺简单、环保性好的特点,成为解决砂岩油藏低压漏失井冲砂、洗井、检泵、补孔补层、增产措施过程中的漏失问题的有效手段.

| Abstract: | Based on control fluid leakage in old oil region of Dagang Oilfield,developed a new type of leak resistant control fluid.It used degradable high-viscosity polymer and accordant grain diameter compound oil temporary agent to improve leakage pressure,it can resistant leakage and protect reservoir.Application indicate that this control fluid has characters of well temperature resistant,well leak resistant,low damage to reservoir,convenient manufacturing and well environment protection.It is a effective approach to solve leakage problems during sand washing,clean well,pump inspection,perforations adding and well stimulation. |
