| 摘 要： | 从变送器的接线方式出发,结合西门子模拟量输入模块的特点以及在现场电拖轴流压缩机、汽拖轴流压缩机控制系统中的试验结果,研究了控制系统模拟量输入信号的断线/短路故障检测及处理方法,降低了控制系统误报警或者误保护和压缩机误停机概率.

| Abstract: | Considering the transmitter connection mode,Siemens analogue input module features and the experiment results of control system for electricity drag axial fans and steam drag fans,and the disconnection/short-circuit fault detection and its treatment of control system analog signals were researched to reduce the false alarms of the control system and the error stop of the compressor. |
