| 摘 要： | 目的探讨兼备先进性和实用性的现代病案存储方式和数字化系统的特点及发展趋势,展示光盘扫描病历在现阶段医院应用的实际效果。结果(1)电子阅览实现病案网络检索、调阅及打印；(2)节省病案科有限的库房空间；(3)适合科研调阅病案过程。结论加快推进医院病案光盘扫描存储与数字化管理系统的发展,为医院管理提供更好的病案医疗信息服务。

| Abstract: | To explore the features of the advanced and practical storage for the medical reeords and the tred of digitalized system,To assess the application effect of records scanning at current stage in hospitals.Method Conduct questionnaires among doctors who had read the imagine records. Result and analysis Image records can be searching,reading and printing on line.It saves space for the department.The doctors considered that it simplifies the process of the records consulting in medical operation,teaching and scientific research.Discussion Problems and solutions in current paper records storage.Conclusion To promote the development of records scanning in hospital and digitalized management system so as to provide more sufficient sevice for hospital management,clinical care,teaching and scientific research |
