针刺“四关”+血海穴的即时降压疗效观察

目的:观察针刺"四关穴"+血海穴即时降压的临床疗效,为临床后续治疗赢取足够的时间。方法:选取我院2012年3月～2013年3月急诊及针灸门诊的高血压病患者51例,随机分为针刺组27例和西药组24例。针刺组患者给予"四关穴"+血海穴针刺,西药组给予硝苯地平舌下含服。观察两组治疗前后偶测血压值的变化。结果:治疗5min、10min、15min、20min时,西药组血压值较针刺组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);30min、60min时两组间血压值比较P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论:针刺"四关穴"+血海穴与舌下含服硝苯地平片即时降压疗效相当,而且针刺"四关穴"+血海穴降压平稳,不良反应小,值得基层临床推广应用。

Observation on the immediate buck effect of the Siguan and Xuehai points needling

Objective： To observe the immediate buck effect of the Siguan and Xuehai points needling to win enough time for clinical follow-up treatment. Methods： In our hospital, 51 cases of hypertension of emergency and acupuncture outpatient were chosen from March 2012 to March 2013. 24 cases in the needling group and 27 cases in modern medicine group. Needling group was given Siguan＋Xuehai points needling, modern medicine group was given sublingual nifedipine. Changes of blood pressure were observed in both groups before and after treatment. Results：Treated for 5min, 10min, 15min and 20min, modern medicine group had lower blood pressure compared with needling group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）;when 30min and 60min, comparing the blood pressures between the two groups, P〉0.05, the difference was not statistically significance. Conclusion： Needling Siguan＋Xuehai points and sublingual nifedipine have quite immediate antihypertensive effect, but the former method has smooth antihypertensive effect and few side effects, it is worth grassroots clinical application.
