Computer technology has more and more application in the field of chemistry teaching along with its development and attracts increasing attention. Accordingly, computer assistant teaching that emerged as the times require become a new cross subject. This article briefly explains how CBE come into being and its developing history, basis conception, and the fundamental principle of CAI. Furthermore, the article introduce the process of making organic chemistry coureseware by applying PowerPoint and analyzing its superiority and deficiency according individual experience.
