| 摘 要： | 教师队伍建设是保证教学质量、培养符合社会需要的高等职业技术人才的核心。高职院校建设一支高水平、高素质的"双师型"师资队伍是当务之急,也是高职教育发展的战略需要。本文从"双师型"教师的内涵、培养途径;如何建立能够促进"双师型"师资队伍建设的激励机制,以及形成可持续发展的评价体系几个方面,对高职院校"双师型"师资队伍的建设进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | To faster the occupation technique of social demand a talented person the teacher's troops construction is to promise teaching quality,the senior high vocational school college constructs on paying high level,the teachers troops of "double teacher type" of high character is an urgent matter of the moment,is also the strategic demand that the senior high vocational school education develops.This text develops path from the content of "double teacher type" teacher.How build up can promise and promote the teachers troops of "double teacher type" constructed of encourage mechanism and system,and the formation can keep on the evaluation system of development and everyone to face the construction of the teacher troops of "double teacher type"of the senior high vocational school college to carry on a study. |
