| 摘 要： | 目的了解临产孕妇的凝血功能,探讨孕妇临产时血小板计数(PLT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(Fib)检测的临床价值。方法对130例临产孕妇与100例健康非妊娠妇女的PLT、PT、APTT、Fib进行比较分析。结果临产孕妇与正常非孕妇女相比较,PLT差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而PT、APTT显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Fib明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论及时检测各项凝血指标,对预防和治疗产妇异常出血有重要意义。
