| 摘 要： | 目的：比较环磷腺苷葡甲胺（ＭＣＡ）与氨力农治疗充血性心力衰竭的疗效。方法：充血性心力衰竭病人８０例分为ＭＣＡ组与氨力农组。ＭＣＡ组５０例，以ＭＣＡ１８０ｍｇ加于５％葡萄糖注射液２５０ｍＬ中静脉滴注（静滴）２ｈ，ｑｄ，共１４ｄ。氨力农组３０例，以氨力农注射液５０ｍｇ加于０．９％氯化钠注射液２０ｍＬ中静脉推注，再以１５０ｍｇ加于０．９％氯化钠注射液２５０ｍＬ中静滴２ｈ，ｑｄ，共１４ｄ。结果：ＭＣＡ组与氨力农组的临床总有效率分别为８８％和８７％，２组对左室收缩功能均有明显改善，未见不良反应。结论：ＭＣＡ治疗充血性心力衰竭疗效与氨力农相仿

| Abstract: | AIM: To compare the clinical efficacies of meglumine cyclic adenylate (MCA) and amrinone in the treatment of congestive heart failure. METHODS: In the fifty patients of MCA group, MCA 180 mg in 5% glucose injection 250 mL were used for intravenous infusion in 2 h, qd, for 14 d. Thirty patients of amrinone group, amrinone 50 mg in 0.9% sodium chloride 250 mL were used for intravenous infusion in 2 h, qd, for 14 d. RESULTS: The total clinical efficacy rates for MCA group and amrinone group were 88% and 87%, respectively. Both drugs improved left ventricular function. There were no markedly adverse reactions. CONCLUSION: The efficacy of MCA in the treatment of CHF is comparable to that of amrinone. |
