数控缩管机的研制

摘    要:文章详细分析了数控缩管机的工作原理、CNC控制系统和伺服驱动系统的组成和机械传动方案的选择与设计,对其研制的方案和方法进行了详细讨论并给出了研制成功后X轴方向和Z轴方向的装配图。研制成功后的数控缩管机运行稳定,投入使用后收到了良好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:This article analysis the principle of the numerical control contracting pipe machine,the CNC control system,the composition of the servo actuated system,the choice and the design of the mechanical drive in detail.Discusses its development plan and the method detailedly and produces the latter X axis direction and the Z axis direction assembly drawing.After the numerical control contracting pipe machine puts into use.It moves stable successfully,and it receives the good economic efficiency and the social benefit.
