| Abstract: | This paper makes a comparative analysis of the recent broadband policy changes in China and the United States. Some policy suggestions are put forward, such as deepening the universal service mechanism of telecommunications,establishing information management means matching with regulatory policies,and improving 5 G construction mode and standard. We hope to eliminate policy barriers and promote institutionalization,standardization and flowof policies,accelerate the deployment of various broadband facilities. |
