| 摘 要： | 科学技术社会后果,按照负效应的发生方向可以区分为背向社会后果、侧向社会后果两种基本类型.科学技术社会后果的产生,既有认识论方面的原因,又有某些社会性原因.解决科学技术社会后果问题,是一项系统工程,需要运用系统思维做全方位的思考,通过多种视角、多条思路来确立合宜方略和寻找有效措施.

| Abstract: | According to happening trend,social consequence of science and technology can be classified into two basic types,backward social consequence and lateral consequence.There are not only epistemology factors but also social factors accounting for the appearance of social consequence of science and technololgy.It is a systematic engineering to resolve the problem about social consequence of science and technology,and the systematic thought and general view are needed,the multi-views and multi-thoughts should be applied to establish appropriate plans and search effective measures. |
