| 摘 要： | 当今社会对人才的综合素质要求越来越高,用人单位均以德才兼备为用人标准。职业学校教师应该在教育教学过程中发挥素质教育的主渠道作用,在教育教学过程在注重科学发展,加强德育教育,发挥学生的情商因素,进行德育教育。

| Abstract: | The present society needs talents with more comprehensive qualities and employing units are more willing to hire those who have both capability and morality.The teachers in vocational colleges should give full play to the role of quality education as the main teaching channel,lay emphasis on scientific development,strengthen moral education,and help students improve their EQ when teaching and educating students. |
