早期康复治疗脑卒中偏瘫的疗效观察

目的观察常规药物治疗结合早期康复治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者的临床疗效。方法将92例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为两组,治疗组给予常规药物治疗的同时进行早期康复治疗,对照组给予常规药物治疗。结果 治疗后两组患者的肢体运动功能(FMA评分)和日常生活能力(Barthel指数)与治疗前比较均有显著改善,治疗组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论早期康复治疗能明显促进脑卒中偏瘫患者运动功能恢复,提高日常生活能力,改善预后。

The Observation of Therapeutic Effect of Early Rehabilitation for Hemiplegia After Stroke

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the conventional drug therapy combined with early rehabilitation of stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods 92 patients with hemiplegia after stroke were randomly divided into observation group and control group, both groups were given conventional drug treatments,while in the observation group,the patients were subjected to early rehabilitation treatment. Results After treatment, the patient＆#39;s limb motor function（FMA score）and activities of daily living（Barthel Index）compared with before treatment were signiifcantly improved in the treatment group than the control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant（P＆lt;0.01）. Conclusion Early rehabilitation to the patients with hemiplegia after stroke can signiifcantly promote the recovery of motor function and improve daily living skills, improve prognosis.
