| 摘 要： | 双频有源Ic卡已在我国部分高速公路收费系统中应用，随着收费管理系统的日渐智能化，迫切需要一种基于此类Ic卡的智能发卡系统。结合我国高速公路收费管理系统的现状，介绍了一种基于有源双频Ic卡的多工位多卡箱旋转切换式的大容量全自动智能发卡系统的设计，详细讲述了系统的概况和系统控制原理。

| Abstract: | Dual active IC card has been used in parts of our freeway,as the toll collection and management system becomes more Intelligent with each passing day,a kind of intelligence issue card system base on such IC card is sorely needed.The paper sets out from the toll collection and management system of our country,introduces the design of large capacity intelligence issue card system base on dual active IC card and working with multi-position and multi-box automatic switching mode,it introduces the survey and the principle of the system in detail. |
