磷矿伴生碘在二水法磷酸生产中的分布实验研究

用硫酸萃取含碘磷精矿。在实验所定工艺条件范围内,通过测定生产物流：磷酸、磷石膏和气相中碘的含量来确定磷矿伴生碘在二水法磷酸生产工艺流程中的分布。研究结果表明：碘在烟气、磷酸和磷石膏三相中的分布与磷酸萃取工艺及工艺参数的选取关联。反应温度、液固比和系统负压对碘在三相中的分布影响较大。研究结果对综合利用该矿中伴生的极低品位碘资源有较大实用意义。

Study on Distribution of Iodine in the Extraction Process of Phosphoric Acid
