助产专科护士核心能力评价体系的构建

摘    要:目的:构建助产专科护士的核心能力评价体系。方法:选择20名专家进行德尔菲专家函询,通过2轮的函询,根据结果筛选体系指标,计算各指标的权重。结果:根据专家函询意见,形成助产专科护士核心能力评价体系,该评价体系共包含5个一级指标,18个二级指标,62个三级指标。2轮专家函询的专家积极系数分别为94.7%和94.4%,权威系数分别为0.86和0.87;第2轮专家函询的肯德尔和谐系数分别为一级指标0.530,二级指标0.445,三级指标0.574(均P<0.05)。结论:本研究构建的助产专科护士核心能力评价体系指标科学,内容全面、针对性强,可以作为助产专科护士培养、使用及评价的参考依据。

Construction of core competence evaluation system for midwifery specialist nurses

Abstract:Objective:To establish the core competence evaluation system of midwifery specialist nurses.Methods:A total of 20 experts were selected to conduct Delphi expert letter consultation respectively.After two rounds of letter consultation,system indicators were screened according to the results and the weight of each indicator was calculated.Results:According to expert letter consultation,a core competence evaluation system for midwifery specialist nurses has been formed,which included 5 first-level indicators,18 second-level indicators and 62 third-level indicators.The positive coefficients of the two rounds of expert letter consultation were 94.7%and 94.4%respectively,and the authority coefficients were 0.86 and 0.87 respectively.Kendal harmony coefficient of the second round of expert letter consultation was 0.530,0.445 and 0.574,respectively(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The evaluation system of the core competence of midwifery specialist nurses constructed in this study has scientific indicators,comprehensive content and strong pertinence,which can serve as a reference for the cultivation,use and evaluation of midwifery specialist nurses.
