浅谈大地选煤厂分选粒级及选煤方法的确定

根据霍州煤电集团大地煤业有限公司矿井选煤厂的煤源及煤质,确定其选煤厂的分选粒级及选煤方法为：200mm～50mm原煤采用重介浅槽分选机分选,50mm～1mm原煤采用重介旋流器分选,1mm～0.25mm原煤采用TBS粗煤泥分选机分选,-0.25mm煤泥采用加压过滤机脱水回收。

Talking about the Determination of the Size Range of Separation and the Coal Separation Method in Dadi Coal Cleaning Plant

According to the coal sources and coal qualities of the mine coal cleaning plant of Dadi Coal Mining Company Limited of Huozhou Coal and Electricity Group,the separation size and separation method were determined as follows：the raw coal with size of 200 mm～50 mm was separated by suing dense medium and shallow groove separator,the raw coal with size of 50 mm～1 mm was separated by suing dense medium cyclone,the raw coal with size of 1 mm～0.25 mm was separated by suing coarse slime separator,and the raw coal with size of-0.25 mm was dewatered and recovered by suing pressure filter.
