摘    要:根据攀西钒钛矿资源综合利用的现状,分析了钒钛矿直接还原的特性。针对目前较为流行的回转窑与转底炉直接还原工艺,对比分析了两种工艺直接还原钒钛磁铁矿的优缺点,得出了转底炉直接还原工艺更有利于攀西钒钛磁铁矿资源综合利用的结论。

Abstract:According to the recent utilization situation of the vanadium titanium magnetite in pan-xi area the reduction properties are analyzed.Aiming at the direct processes which are very popular at present such as rotary kiln and rotary hearth furnace the advantages and disadvantages of the two processes for dealing with vanadium titanium magnetite are analyzed and draw the result that the rotary heath furnace direct reduction process is suitable for the vanadium titanium magnetite.
