| 摘 要： | 通过对昆明铣床厂等六家云南大型制造企业现有数控技术应用人才信息的调研,采用重点调查的方法,分析了云南制造企业数控技术人才的需求情况;对云南制造企业机床数控化率的发展趋势做出预测;概括出数控技术应用技能型人才的从业范围;提出了数控人才应具备的知识、能力和结构,为云南数控技术人才培养提供依据。

| Abstract: | Analysis of demand and supply of NC personnel in Yunnan manufacturers was made by emphatic method on investigation and research to human resource of NC technology in Yunnan large manu- facturers. Trend of NC rate in Yunnan manufacturers was investigated and forecasted, so as to generalize the job range for NC personnel. The knowledge, capability and structure a NC personnel should have were concluded to offer basis on NC personnel training |
