药型罩参数对悬浮雷弹战斗部EFP 成形效果影响

为得到药型罩参数对空中悬浮雷弹战斗部 EFP 成形效果的影响，采用正交设计的方法，针对变壁厚准球形的药型罩内曲率半径、外曲率半径、罩顶厚度等参数，通过 LS-DYAN 仿真计算出以爆炸成形弹丸（EFP）成形效果，用SPSS 软件回归分析得出动能的估算边际均值，以成形效果及动能为指标，对 EFP 爆炸成形进行了分析。研究结果表明：药型罩尺寸的交互效应是影响 EFP 动能大小的主要因素。

Warheads EFP Forming Effects of Medicine Cover Type Parameters on Suspension Ray Plays

Cover for medicine type parameters on air suspension ray has EFP shaping effect to the warheads.Adopting the method of orthogonal design,we calculated by the LS-DYAN simulation with variable wall thickness torispherical medicine type enclosure outside the radius of curvature,curvature radius,thickness of the hood and other parameters of explosively formed projectile (EFP)forming effect, and estimated the marginal average with SPSS software regression analysis,and analyzed EFP explosive forming with indicators for molding effect and kinetic energy.The results of experiment show that medicine cover type size interaction effect is the main factor that influences the size of EFP kinetic energy.
