基于 AMEsim 的先导式溢流阀建模与仿真

摘    要:先导式溢流阀具有噪音低、振动小、压力较稳定、调压比较轻便等特点,多用于中、高压场合。在分析先导式溢流阀结构和工作原理的基础上,利用 AMEsim 软件建立了其仿真模型,对先导式溢流阀的静态、动态特性进行了仿真分析,研究了先导式溢流阀结构参数对其动态特性的影响,对先导式溢流阀的选型、设计以及优化具有一定的参考价值。

Modeling and Simulation for Pilot Relief Valve Based on AMEsim
Abstract:Pilot relief valve have characteristics such as low noise,low vibration,stable pressure and be-ing adjust the pressure relatively light,and are used in medium and high pressure situations.In the analy-sis of pilot relief structure and working principle,based on the use of AMEsim software,we built its simu-lation model and the pilot relief valve static and dynamic characteristics were simulated and analyzed and the pilot relief structure parameters impact on the dynamic characteristics were studied,which has certain reference value on pilot relief valve selecting,designing and optimizing.
