铋对铅钙合金的电化学性能影响研究

摘    要:研究了不同铋含量的铅酸蓄电池板栅合金的析气性、耐蚀性等电化学性能。动电位扫描结果显示铋的加入提高析氢过电位,降低了析氢的可能性,同时有利于加速氧的析出,但铋的加入对加速氧气析出作用不明显。循环伏安测试说明铋的加入有利于提高腐蚀膜的导电性,且铋摩尔含量在0.086%时最难生成导电性差的铅氧化物。扫描电镜结果表明少量的铋未能提高铅钙合金的耐蚀性,却易发生电偶腐蚀,但铋摩尔含量在0.129%时腐蚀膜致密性较好,耐蚀性增强。

Abstract:Electrochemical performances of Pb-Ca-Bi grid alloy with different contents,including gassing evolution and corrosion,were studied.The polarization curve data showed that Bi in the alloys can increase hydrogen over voltage so decrease the possibility of hydrogen separated.At the same time,it could catalyze the oxygen,but its function was not obvious.Cyclic voltammetry also proof Bi in the alloys can improve the conductivity.The SEM results showed that the few contents of Bi could not improve the performance of resisting corrosion,but it could be caused bimetallic corrosion.However,the compact capability of the corrosion film and its resistance to corrosion was good when the content of Bi was 0.129%.
