摘    要:目的 探讨Survivin mRNA和VEGF mRNA在膀胱癌不同病理分级、临床分期、初发和复发的膀胱移行细胞癌组织中的表达和临床意义.方法 采用SYBR Green Ⅰ实时荧光定量逆转录聚合酶链反应试验方法检测51例膀胱癌组织及12例膀胱正常组织中Survivin mRNA和VEGF mRNA的表达,将所得数据进行统计学分析.结果 Survivin mRNA和VEGF mRNA在正常膀胱组织、低级别、表浅型和初发膀胱癌组织中的表达明显低于其分别在膀胱癌组织、高级别、浸润型和复发中的表达,两两比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Survivin mRNA和VEGFmRNA两者之间呈正相关(r=0.889,P<0.05).结论 Survivin mRNA和VEGF mRNA的高表达可能在膀胱癌的发生发展中起重要作用,两者可作为判断膀胱癌生物学行为的重要指标,联合检测Survivin mRNA和VEGF mRNA的表达水平有助于膀胱癌患者病情判断和预后评估.

Expression and clinical significance of survivin mRNA and VEGF mRNA in bladder transitional cell carcinoma
Abstract:Objectives To investigate the expression of Survivin mRNA and VEGF mRNA in tissues of bladder transitional cell carcinoma(BTCC) of different pathological grades, clinical stages ,primary and recurrence,and their clinical significance.Methods The SYBR Green Ⅰ real time quantitative RT -PCR was used to detect the expression of Survivin mRNA and VEGF mRNA in 51 cases of bladder tissues with transitional cell carcinoma and normal bladder tissues of 12 cases.All data were treated statistically.Results The expression of Survivin mRNA and VEGF mRNA in normal tissues,low grade cancer,superficial cancer and primary cancer tissues were seperately lower than that in BTCC tissues,high grade cancer,invasive cancer and recurrence cancer tissues respectively(P < 0.05).There was a positive correlation between the expression of Survivin mRNA and VEGF mRN(r =0.889, P < 0.05).Conclusions The overexpression of Survivin mRNA and VEGF mRNA in BTCC tissues may play important roles in the pathogenesis and development of BTCC, and both of them can be considered as important indexes to judge the biological behaviors of BTCC.Combined detection of Survivin mRNA and VEGF mRNA would be helpful to evaluate the condition and prognosis of patients with BTCC.
