摘    要:应用原子吸收光谱法测定聚酰亚胺液晶定向膜中的微量钠。样品经硫酸消化-碳化,再经马福炉灰化后,溶液上机测定。钠的浓度与吸光度的线性关系、特征浓度、精度和标准添加收率均达到要求,为液晶印刷电路板生产建立质控方法。

Abstract:A method is established for determination of natrium in IP-300B by atom absorption spectrophotometry(AAS). The samples were determined after digestion with H2SO4 and cineration. A linear relationship between the concentration (range of Na+ 0.10~2.00μg/mL)and absorbency, the sensitivity(3.5×10-3μg/mL/1%),the precision(S:0.0068;CV%:3.0) and recovery of standard addition(92.3%~106.2%)were good enough for determination of trace natrium in IP-300B.
