摘    要:为了在现有条件下提高运动电机的控制精度,采用了自适应M/T测速法检测电机转速,提出了通过自适应原理动态确定脉冲检测时间的方法。通过实验凑试法整定PID控制参数并以此对电机的转动进行精确控制,使控制效率及精度得到整体优化。整个控制方法基于DSP TMS320F2812实现。实验结果表明该方法在不增加硬件成本的前提下控制精度有明显提高。

Abstract:In order to improve the control precision of the moving motor under the existing conditions,the self-adapt M/T method of detecting the rate of the motor is employed.The method of pulse detect time is provided based on self-adapt control theory.The PID parameters are acquired in the experiments and make the control efficiency enhanced and optimized.The hardware is constructed to realize the measure and control method based on the TMS320F2812.The results show that the control precision is improved obviously with this method without increasing the cost which is valuable in application.
