摘    要:目的:建立罗汉果果实、茎叶提取物中总黄酮的含量测定方法.方法:利用分光光度法,以山奈苷为对照,氯化铝为显色剂,在检测波长为393 nm下测定其总黄酮含量.结果:回归方程为Y=0.389 6X +0.009 7(r =0.999 8),山奈苷在0.1~0.4 mg-ml-1范围内线性关系良好,其平均回收率为97.27%,RSD=2.33%(n=6).结论:此方法简便、灵敏、准确、可靠性强,可用于测定罗汉果果实、茎叶提取物中总黄酮的含量,为其质量控制提供了检测方法.

Abstract:Objective : To establish a method for the determination of total flavonoids in Siraitia grosvenori Swingle fruit extract and vine leaf extract. Method: The content of flavonoids was determined at 393 nm by UV spectrophotometry with kaempferitrin as the standard control. Result: The regression equation was Y = 0. 389 6X + 0. 009 7 ( r = 0. 9998 ) , kaempferitrin showed a good linear curve within the range of 0. 1-0.4 mg'ml-1 ,and the recovery was 97.27% with RSD of 2. 33% (n =6). Conclusion: The method is simple, quick, reproducible and reliability. It can be used for determining the content of total flavonoids in Siraitia grosvenori Swingle fruit ex- tract and vine leaf extract to provide the detection method for the quality control.
