| 摘 要： | 为有效提高民机外包项目研制质量,基于AS9100标准建立了潜在承担方质量能力评估体系,结合外包项目及承担方分类,通过权重设定及模糊打分,实现不同类型外包项目潜在承担方质量能力评估及选择,并对质量能力评估方法进行了算例演示。

| Abstract: | To promote the quality of civil aircraft outsourcing project,it develops the model of potential supplier quality assessment of the outsourcing project based on the AS9100 aerospace quality standard,presents an assessment process with category management of outsourcing project and potential supplier type according to target value setting.The model puts forward a solution to achieve quality ability assessment and potential supplier selection.It shows a case study to describe the whole assessment process. |
