| 摘 要： | 目的探讨普罗帕酮和维拉帕米治疗阵发性室上性心动过速(PSVT)的临床疗效。方法本文分别采用普罗帕酮和维拉帕米治疗PSVT患者,并对两个药物进行疗效对比。结果普罗帕酮组的显效率和总有效率均明显高于维拉帕米组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。普罗帕酮组的不良反应率明显低于维拉帕米组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论普罗帕酮在临床治疗PSVT的疗效和不良反应两方面均好于维拉帕米,可作为治疗PSVT首选药物。

| Abstract: | Objective Investigate the clinical efficacy ofpropafenone and verapamil in treatment of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia. Methods In this paper, using propafenone and verapamil to treat paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia patients, and comparing their clinical efficacy. Results The effective rate and the total effective rate of propafenone group were significantly higher than that of verapamil group （P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in propafenone group was significantly lower than that of verapamil group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Propafenone had good clinical efficacy and little adverse reactions that were both better than verapamil. So, propafenone can be used as the first choice drug in the treatment of PSVT in clinical. |
