基于参数化设计的斜齿轮弯曲应力研究

摘    要:利用UG实现斜齿轮参数化设计的方法,建立斜齿轮的精确模型。通过UG与ANSYS的数据交换接口,把斜齿轮的几何数据导入ANSYS中,并转化成由节点及元素组成的有限元模型,研究了以均布载荷代替集中力的情况下,斜齿轮的变形及弯曲应力特性。实验结果表明,斜齿轮的最大变形在齿顶端部,最大弯曲应力在齿根位置。

Abstract:A parametric design method based on UG was introduced to obtain the precise model of helical gear. Through the data exchange interface of UG and ANSYS, geometry data of the precise model of helical gear was transferred into ANSYS, and a finite element model consisting of nodes and elements was obtained. The characteristics of deformation and bending stress of the helical gear were studied under the situation that the concentrated force was replaced by a homogeneous load. Results show that the maximum deformation of the helical gear is at the end of addendum and the greatest bending stress is at the tooth root.
