| 摘 要： | 目的：建立冬菊利咽合剂中绿原酸含量测定的高效液相色谱方法。方法：采用色谱柱为Kromasil C18（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），以乙腈-0．4％磷酸溶液（10：90）为流动相，流速为1．0ml·min^-1，检测波长为327nm进行检测。结果：绿原酸在16．64-37．44μg·ml^-1范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9998），平均回收率为99．2％，RSD为0．94％（n=6）。结论：该方法操作简便、准确、精密度高，可用于控制冬菊利咽合剂的质量。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish an HPLC method for determination of chlorogenic acid in dongju liyan mixture. Method： Kromasil C18 column （250 mm ×4.6mm,5μm） was used, acetonitrile - 0.4% phosphoric acid（ 10： 90） was used as mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0ml· min^-1 and UV detection wavelength was at 327nm. Result： The linear range of Chlorogenic acid was 16.64 - 37.44μg·ml^-1（ r = 0.999 8） and average recovery was 99.2% , RSD was 0.94%. Conclusion： The method is simple, convenient, accurate, and can be used for quality control of Dongjuliyan mixture. |
