论《伤寒论》的复杂性辨证论治思维

根据《伤寒论》的六经辨证,提出一般性辨证论治和复杂性辨证论治的理念。可用"知常达变"概括,"知常"体现的是一般性辨证论治思维;"达变"体现的是复杂性辨证论治思维。复杂性辨证论治思维主要包括变法辨证思维、动态辨证思维、整体性辨证思维、相对性辨证思维、逆向性辨证思维等。《伤寒论》六经辨证最大的特点或曰精髓就是"述变",亦即阐述复杂性辨证思维。本文以变法辨证思维和动态辨证思维为例,结合《伤寒论》的病脉证治和临床医案,探讨了复杂性辨证思维的表现形式、运用特点和辨证意义。

Discussion of the complex thinking of syndrome differentiation and treatment in Treatise on Febrile Diseases

Based on six meridian differential diagnostic method in Treatise on Febrile Diseases,it is pointed out that the concept of the general syndrome differentiation and complex syndrome differentiation.Then the treatment based on syndrome differentiation composed of general thinking and complex thinking of syndrome differentiation can be generalised by ＂analyzing the specific changes by knowing general ones＂.＂Knowing general ones＂ reflects the general thinking of syndrome differentiation,and＂analyzing the specific changes＂ reflects the complex thinking of syndrome differentiation.Complex thinking of syndrome differentiation and treatment mainly includes dialectical thinking of syndrome differentiation,dynamic thinking of syndrome differentiation,holistic thinking of syndrome differentiation,relative thinking of syndrome differentiation,retrorse thinking of syndrome differentiation,etc.The representative characteristics or the essence of six meridian differential diagnostic method in Treatise on Febrile Diseases is ＂to expound change＂,i.e.elucidate the complex thinking of syndrome differentiation,which is true of both the writing style and the disease,pulse,syndrome,treatment in Treatise on Febrile Diseases.By examples of the dialectical thinking and dynamic thinking of syndrome differentiation and with combination of the disease,pulse,syndrome,treatment in Treatise on Febrile Diseases and several clinical cases,this paper probes into the manifestation,application features and the significance of complex thinking of syndrome differentiation.
