摘    要:利用透射电镜中的电子柬对银(Ag)前驱体进行辐照,制备纳米Ag颗粒,分析结果表明,用化学还原法制得的Ag粒子的尺寸较大,约500nm,呈现多足结构的团聚状态,以化学还原法制得的Ag粒子作为前驱体,用电子柬辐照可得直径为2—50nm、外形圆形的纳米Ag颗粒,分散性好。

Abstract:Silver nanoparticles were prepared by irradiating Ag precursors with electron beam under transmission electron microscope (TEM). The results of TEM images showed that Ag precursors, which were obtained by chemical reduction method, were multi-pods structure with the diameter about 500nm, and aggregated together. Spherical and monodispersed Ag NPs with their sizes in the range of 2-50nm were obtainedz from Ag precursors under EBI. The forming process of Ag NPs was explained by the nucleation-growth mechanism.
