| 摘 要： | 本文从分析远程抄表技术发展状况和面临的主要问题入手，给出了一种能够支持实时远程抄表和远程计划设定的分布式远程抄表系统，对其构架及运行机制进行了介绍，并对系统主要模块的软硬件实现进行了详细的说明。
