摘    要: 为了缩短国内某厂RH轻处理周期,对现行工艺进行了取样研究。结果表明:RH轻处理条件下脱碳阶段表观脱碳速率常数[Kc]几乎不受初始条件的影响,大约为0.19 min-1;纯循环阶段初期钢水铝比较低且波动较大,随着纯循环时间的延长逐渐升高并趋于稳定。根据研究结果给出了轻处理工艺最佳脱碳时间与纯循环时间的判定标准并进行了推广,工业实践表明,RH轻处理时间平均值降低了4 min,并且钢水具有良好的纯净度。

Abstract:In order to shorten the period of RH light treatment process of a domestic steel plant, sampling investigation was carried out in current process.Results showed that the apparent decarburization rate constant was hardly affected by the initial conditions, with the value of about 0.19 min-1;The Als/Alt of steel was low and had a big fluctuation at the beginning of pure cycling period, but increased gradually as increasing pure cycling time until to be a stable value. The optimum decarburization time and pure cycling time were suggested based on the present investigation. Industrial trials showed that the period of RH light treatment process could be reduced by 4 mins, furthermore, the cleanness of steel was good.
