内化的心理机制及其德育意义

摘    要:通过分析人的认知结构 ,阐述教育影响内化为主体观念的心理过程及其心理机制 ,指出认同点是内化的关键 ,建议高校德育工作应从创设教育情境 ,激发主体内部矛盾 ,强化认同点入手来提高德育工作的实效性 ,以促进“以德治国”方略的实现。

Abstract:The author points out in this article that the key of internalization lies in self-identity point by analyzing cognitive structure and expounding education's influence on internalization. Moral education in colleges and universities should start from creating educational scene, inspiring students' inner contradiction and reinforcing self-identity points to realize the strategy of "government by morality.
