摘    要:用Abaqus有限元分析软件建立WC硬质合金刀具高速切削AF1410高强钢的二维仿真模型,对切削过程进行模拟,获得切削过程中刀具、工件的温度分布情况,研究分析切削用量对工件的最高切削温度和稳定切削区平均最高温度的变化情况。结果表明:切削过程中刀具、工件的温度变化趋势可分为3个阶段,每个阶段变化特征不同,且刀-屑接触面附近工件的最高切削温度始终高于刀具;工件的最高切削温度和稳定切削区工件的平均最高温度均随切削速度和切削深度的增加而增加,但随切削深度的增加幅度较小;稳定切削区域工件平均最高温度随切削速度和切削深度的增加速率低于工件最高切削温度的增加速率。

Abstract:The two-dimensional simulation model of high-speed cutting AF1410 high strength steel with WC carbide tool was established using Abaqus finite element analysis software.The cutting process was simulated,and the temperature distribution of tool and workpiece in the cutting process were obtained.The variation of cutting parameters on the maximum cutting temperature and the average maximum temperature in the stable cutting area were studied and analyzed.The results show that the temperature change trend of the tool and workpiece in the whole cutting process can be divided into three stages.Each stage has different characteristics,and the highest cutting temperature of the workpiece near the tool chip contact surface is always higher than that of the tool.The highest cutting temperature of the workpiece and the average maximum temperature of the workpiece in the stable cutting area increase with the increase of the cutting speed and cutting depth,while the increase is small with the increase of cutting depth.The increase rate of average maximum temperature of workpiece with cutting speed and cutting depth in stable cutting area is lower than that of maximum cutting temperature of workpiece.
