并行设计中可制造性分析的研究

摘    要:总结了可制造性分析的目标、内容和方法,采用面向对象技术,提出了用于可制造性分析的面向对象零件特征模型,在MDT软件基础上,建立了用于零件并行设计可制造性分析的原型系统。描述了特征建模、特征识别、工艺设计以及智能评价等相关技术和策略。

Abstract:In concurrent design manufacturability analysis sytstem is a very useful tool.In this paper a survey of the objective,content and method of manufacturability analysis is made.By using object oriented analysis,a object oriented part feature information model is provided.This model can represents a part with all detailed information.Based on the MDT software,a prototype system of manufacturability analysis is develped.The prototype system can perform part manufacturability analysis and fulfill part process planning task by using a intelligent evaluation module.The feature modelling,feature recognition,process planning and intelligent evaluation in this prototype system approach are described.
