低浓度肾上腺素对人牙髓中前列环素及血栓素A2水平的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨牙髓血运在短时间内恢复正常的原因以及牙髓中前列环素 (PGI2 )、血栓素 (TX)A2 的作用。方法 采用放射免疫检测技术 ,对 4 1例正常或可复性炎症牙髓组织在加入或未加肾上腺素两种状态下 6 -酮 -前列腺素F1浕及血栓素B2(分别为PGI2 及TXA2 的稳定代谢产物 )的含量进行测定 ,并计算二者比值 (K/T )。结果 两种状态下 6 -酮 -前列腺素F1浕水平在炎症牙髓组均高于正常组 ,正常、炎症牙髓加肾上腺素组分别高于未加组 ;TXB2 含量炎症牙髓未加组最高 ,正常未加组次之 ,炎症、正常加肾上腺素两组最低 ,且差异无显著性 ;K/T值在炎症加肾上腺素组最高 ,正常加肾上腺素组次之 ,炎症、正常未加肾上腺素两组最低 ,且差异无显著性。结论 加入低浓度肾上腺素进行局部浸润麻醉时 ,PGI2 、TXA2 两因子积极参与并密切影响牙髓血运的变化过程 ,为短时间内血运恢复正常发挥重要作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of low-concentration adrenalin on the levels of PGI 2 and TXA 2 in the healthy and reversible pulpitis pulps when local infiltration anesthesia was operated. Methods The levels of 6-K-PGF 1ɑ and TXB 2 were determined by radioimmunoassay(RIA) in 41 pulps from subjects with healthy and reversible pulpitis pulps in the two conditions -- local anesthetic with(I) or without adrenalin(II). Results The levels of 6-K-PGF 1ɑ in pulpitis pulps in the two conditions were all higher than those in healthy pulps, and the healthy and pulpitis in condition I were higher than those in condition II.The TXB 2 levels in the pulpitis in condition II were the highest, and the healthy in condition II were lower, and both the healthy and pulpitis in condition I were the lowest. K/T ratio in the pulpitis in condition I were the highest,the healthy in condition I were lower, both the healthy and pulpitis in condition II were the lowest. Conclusion When Low-concentration adrenalin was added to operate the local infiltration anesthesia,PGI 2 and TXA 2 were closely related to the change of bloodstream in the pulps and then we could explain theoretically why the bloodstream recovered so quickly.
