高血压病患者血清载脂蛋白与视网膜动脉硬化的关系

从住院的高血压病患者中选择高脂血症者７６例（高脂组），正常血脂者５２例（对照组）。同时进行血清载脂蛋白和眼底检查。结果：与对照组比较，高脂组载脂蛋白以ＡｐｏＢ）、视网膜动脉硬化程度及冠心病患病率均显著增加，载脂蛋白Ａｌ（ＡｐｏＡＩ）及ＡｐｏＡｌ／ＡｐｏＢ比值均显著降低。Ⅱ级视网膜动脉硬化者上述指标与高脂组变化一致。相关性分析显示，视网膜动脉硬化与ＡｐｏＢ呈正相关，与ＡｐｏＡＩ和ＡｏｏＡＩ／ＡｐｏＢ分别呈负相关（Ｐ均＜０．０１）。经逐步回归、筛选对视网膜动脉硬化有显著作用的血脂指标为ＡｐｏＡＩ／ＡｐｏＢ。结果表明，血清载脂蛋白水平与眼底视网膜动脉硬化程度密切相关。

The Relationship between Serumal Apolipoproteins and Retinal Arteriosclerosis in Patients with Primary Hypertension

cases of hyperlipidemia(hyperlipidemia group)and 52 cases of normal lipidemia(control group)were selected at random from inpatients with primary hypertension,The serumal apolipoprotein(Apo)level and Ocular fundus were simutaneously examined.The results showed that compared with control group,serumal ApoB,degree of retinal arteriosclerosis(RAS)and prevalance rate of coronary heart disease were significantly increased.ApoAI and the ratio of ApoAI/ApoB were significantly decreased in hyperlipidemia group.The aforesaid indices with the cases of Ⅱ grade RAS were changed as same as those with the hyperlipidemia group.The correlation analysis indicated that RAS has a positive correlation with ApoB,and a negative correlation with ApoAl and ApoAI/ApoB (all P< 0.01),respectively.The stepwise regression analysis showed that blood lipids indices which play a significant role in RAS were sifted out and are ApoAI/ApoB.The results suggest the serumal Apo levels are closely related tothe degree of RAS in ocular fundus.
