| 摘 要： | 为建立经痛消颗粒中芍药苷含量测定方法,以薄层色谱-比色法,采用薄层色谱法将复方制剂经痛消颗粒中的芍药苷与其他成分分离,然后用紫外分光光度法测定其含量。结果：能消除其他成分的背景干扰,芍药苷平均回收率为98.74%,RSD为1.41%。在一定浓度范围内线性良好,提示薄层色谱-比色法可用作该制剂的定量分析。

| Abstract: | To measure the paeoniae saponin in "Jingtongxiao Granule",thin layer chromatography (TLC) was used to separate paeoniae saponin from other ingredients;then ultraviolet spectrophotometry was performed to measure the paeoniae saponin.Results:This method can eliminate the disturbance of other ingredients;the average recovery rate was 98 74% and RSD was 1 43%,with good linear relationship.It is suggested that this method can be used as quantitative analysis for paeoniae saponin |
