北京市昌平区人群布鲁氏菌病调查研究

目的：加强人畜共患病的监测与预防,通过调查昌平区重点人群布鲁氏菌病感染状况,探讨昌平区布鲁氏菌病防治对策。方法：依照《布鲁氏菌病监测标准》（GB16885-1997）内容,制定监测方法与评价方法。结果：对昌平区572名重点人群布鲁氏菌病血清学监测结果显示：检查率为48.72%,以个体养殖户的检查率较低（36.05%）,本次共检测出2例血清学阳性病例,阳性率为0.35%。结论：加强昌平区布鲁氏菌病的防治工作,并与畜检部门协作是防治人畜共患布鲁氏菌病的主要措施。

Prevention and countermeasure of brucellosis of human being in Changping

Objective:To strengthen the monitor and prevention of zoonosis,searching enquiry the Brucellosis infection state of major social communities in Changping,discuss the ways for controlling Brucellosis in Changping.Methods:According to the content of Surveillance Standard for Brucellosis(GB16885-1997),establishing the monitoring method and assessment method.Results:Serology monitoring Brucellosis of 572 major persons in Changping,results showed that the rate of examination is 48.72%,which is lower in individual culturist(36.05%).The total positive case rate is 0.35%.Conclusion:Strengthening the prevention and cure for Brucellosis in Changping,and collaborate with domestic animals quarantine department are the major measures for controlling the Brucellosis.
