| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨循证护理在急性脑梗死患者中的综合效果。方法：选取2008年1月~2010年12月于本院进行治疗的86例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组（常规护理组,43例）和观察组（循证护理组,43例）,统计并比较两组患者的住院时间、患者满意率、护理前和护理后1周的神经功能缺损评分、SCL-90评分。结果：观察组的患者满意率高于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,护理后1周的神经功能缺损评分和SCL-90评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）。结论：循证护理在急性脑梗死患者中的综合效果较好,值得临床推广应用。
