| 摘 要： | 目的：建立测定吲达帕胺片含量的方法。方法：采用HPLC法，C18柱（150mm×6mm，5μm），流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸（45：55：0．1），检测波长为240nm。结果：吲达帕胺在1．65-16．48μg／ml浓度范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9999），平均回收率为99．20％，RSD=0．53％。结论：本方法简便、快速、准确，专属性强，可作为吲达帕胺片的含量测定方法。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish a method to determine the content of Indapamide Tablets. Methods： HPLC with Cls chromatographic column （150 min×6.0 mm, 5 μm） was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water-acetic acid glacial （45：55：0.1）, the wavelength for detection was 240 nm. Results： The linear range of Indapamide Tablets was 1.65-16.48μg/ml （r=0.999 9）. The average recovery was 99.20% （RSD=0.53%）. Conclusion： The method is simple, rapid, accurate and specific. It can be used as the quantitative determination of Indapamide Tablets. |
