| Abstract: | Br using double-beam-holography and phase-shifting-interferometry, the spherical wavefront is successfully retrieved According to the result, the phase-shifting-interferometry is studied. A series of error analysis techniques which consists of image-view, step-retrieval, and continuity-judge are given. Appling these techniques, the best algorithem is selected out from some five algorithems. |
