摘    要:绿色制造中的工艺方案选择是一个复杂的多目标决策问题。由于机械加工过程存在不确定性,目标值往往不是一个确定的数,而是一个变化区间,所以用区间数表示更加符合实际。为此,提出一种基于区间数的机械加工工艺方案多目标稳健决策方法,首先建立了多目标稳健决策体系;然后结合区间数理论,建立了多目标稳健决策模型;最后以阀体机加工过程的4个不同工艺方案为例,验证了该模型的可行性和实用性。

Abstract:The process selection in green manufacturing is a complex multi-objective decision making problem.Due to the uncertainty in the machining process,the target value is not a definite number,but a changing interval,so it is more realistic to use the interval number.A multi-objective robust decision-making method based on interval number for machining process scheme is put forward.Firstly,multi-objective robust decision-making system is established.Then,a multi-objective robust decision-making model is set up combining with interval number theory.Finally,the feasibility and practicality of the model are tested,which takes four different process schemes of valve body processing as an example.
