| 摘 要： | 介绍移动的船舶信息如何进入Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ。利用Ｉｎｍａｒｓａｔ－Ｃ作为信息传输载体，作者开发的Ｃ＋Ｅ（Ｉｎｍａｒｓａｔ－Ｃ＋Ｅ－ｍａｉｌ）船岸信息处理软件，提供Ｅ－ｍａｉｌ功能，实现船舶信息与Ｉｎｔｒａｎｅｔ和Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ的连接
