滑道式救助艇收放装置液压系统设计与分析

摘    要:介绍滑道式救助艇收放装置液压系统的设计与实现。文中所设计的收放装置液压系统具有以船电为动力的正常收放和母船失电后的手动施放两种功能。通过对艉门负载特性以及手动施放液压回路的性能分析可知,所设计的收放装置液压系统能够满足2009年9月新版的《船舶与海上设施法定检验规则》的规定,且具有功能齐全、放艇快捷及安全可靠等特点。

Design and Analysis of the Slide-type Retractable Device Hydraulic System for Rescue Boat

Abstract:The design and implement of the slide-type retractable device hydraulic system for rescue boat were introduced.The hydraulic system has two functions: the normal release based on the power of the ship electricity,and the manual release after power loss.The load characteristics of the stern gate and the performance of manual release hydraulic circuit of the hydraulic system can meet the requirement of the Ships and Offshore Installations Inspection Rules of Statutory(2009).The system has complete functions,which can release the ship quickly,safely and reliably.
