摘    要:采用熔铸法制备了Mg-6Zn和Mg-6Zn-xNd合金,利用扫描电镜及所带的能谱分析仪,研究了Nd含量对铸态Mg-6Zn-xNd的微观组织的影响,结果表明:Mg-6Zn合金基体上存在着α-Mg和Mg-Zn相的共晶团,添加Nd元素后合金基体上出现Mg-Zn-Nd三元共晶组织,这些共晶组织数量随着Nd含量增加而增加,最终形成含有Mg,Zn,Nd三种元素的连续网状结构。

Abstract:Mg-6Zn and Mg-6Zn-xNd alloys were prepared by melting-casting.Effect of Nd element on the microstructures of Mg-6Zn-xNd alloys was investigated using scanning electron microscope(SEM)operated at 20 kV equipped with an energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer(EDX).The results show that eutectic colony containing α-Mg and MgZn exist in the Mg-6Zn alloy,but the Mg-Zn-Nd ternary eutectic is formed in the matrix after adding Nd element.The amount of the eutectic increases and the continuous network structure containing Mg,Zn,and Nd elements is formed with increasing Nd content
